Taking Peruvian artist Herbert Rodriguez’ public achievement as a cue, they identify the multiple manifestations of a free-form dynamics in the rise of counter-cultural thinking from 1979 to the present. Its growth has been supported all along by diverse clusters of individuals, wholeheartedly committed to different kinds of urban activism, fully engaged in the struggle for justice and civil rights in our country.
